The Short Version
I'm one of ten children of Haitian immigrants and the first of us to graduate from college. I experienced homelessness at 13, and I learned early that the right tools in the right hands change everything. That belief carried me through leading Alpha Phi Alpha as its 29th Executive Director, Byte Back as CEO, and Black Men Vote, and all the way to the White House to speak on artificial intelligence. Today I run OptimaNova AI, a Washington, D.C. firm that helps nonprofits, foundations, and public agencies put AI to work for their missions.
